Senior IT Support Engineer - £45,000

Pearson Carter are working with an established end user who are recruiting for a Senior IT Support Engineer. The company offers a fresh thinking supportive work culture which allows for personal development and career development.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Do basic diagnosis for LAN networking issues
• Communicate effectively
• Customers walk customers installation of applications

Experience:

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows
• Strong knowledge on troubleshooting
• Support desk system experience
• Excellent communication skills

Salary

Up to £45,000 plus benefits
