- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Do basic diagnosis for LAN networking issues
- Communicate effectively
- Customers walk customers installation of applications
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows
- Strong knowledge on troubleshooting
- Support desk system experience
- Excellent communication skills
Up to £45,000 plus benefits
