We are currently looking for a trained Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join a primary school in Barking and Dagenham on a full-time basis for the next academic year.

 The Role

The school would like to employ an HLTA to work with Year 1 to Year 4 classes. The role will predominately be a covering class teachers to allow them to have their PPA time. You will be provided with lesson plans and activities to follow whilst overseeing the classes.  Your role will also involve leading some intervention groups, and occasionally covering class teachers for the whole day if they are absent. The school are looking for a qualified HLTA with a friendly and flexible approach and good classroom management skills. 

This role is offered on a part-time basis (3 days a week) and the schedule is yet to be decided.
