Job Requirements

Degree in any Scientific field would be beneficial

Experience working with GC instruments ideal but not essential

Maintenance and repair experience within a plant environment

Strong Data Analysis experience

Job Details

The Equipment Owner will ibe resposnible for repair and maintenance of gas chromatography equipment . Other instruments include auto titrations / titrators, auto distillations / distillators, colourimeters (beam of light checking for colour). You must demonstrate and ability to do troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment.

This role is all about instrument failure, diagnosis, trouble shooting, problem solving and repair, i.e. fix the KIT.

Rate: £28k -£34k per annum

37.5 hours per week.
Start times from 07:30 - 08:30 with 30 or 60 min lunch break (7.5 hour work day).
33 holidays per year.

Initially 12 month duration but likely to be ongoing with a strong possibility to go perm.
