We are recruiting for an experienced Spa Manager to join our team.  The management position requires you to maintain a full schedule of appointments in addition to being responsible for leading the team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail and a true passion for creating memorable experiences.

What you will do...

• Provide professional and 5 star quality guest service
• Carry out all spa treatments in line with our high standards
• Maintain a proficient knowledge of spa services and products, understanding all applications and benefits
• Book appointments, assist with inquires and answering phone calls
• Keeping our luxurious spa looking beautiful

What you will bring...

• A diploma level qualification in beauty and or massage therapy
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment - ability to train, drive and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; administrative and financial acumen
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
