A luxury clothing and accessories brand based in the heart of the West End are looking for an ambitious, bright and highly organised PA/Office Manager to join their small and collaborative team. This PA/Office Manager opportunity would require a hardworking individual with a muck in attitude who enjoys working in a high volume, chaotic and demanding role where they can work on their own initiative as well as being a real team player. This PA/Office Manager will support the Founder/Designer with all her PA need such as travel, extensive diary appointments and garment production liaison. The split would be 60% Office Manager and 40% PA/Product liaison.  The small office of 8 employees are looking for this PA/Office Manager to come in and assist with IT requirements, on-boarding, office supplies, service providers, staff training and product liaison. This PA/Office Manager role would suit an individual who is incredibly switched on and articulate with excellent interpersonal communication skills. It’s important that you are confident juggling multiple tasks and liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority and also enjoy being in a small company where you have the opportunity to see and be a part of all aspects of a smaller business and how it runs. This role is looking for a candidate who ideally can start immediately or short notice.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Recent experience within a similar role is beneficial
  • Excellent organisational and communicational skills
  • Articulate and confident
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure
  • MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
