Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a busy sales office to manage inbound customer enquiries and to complete sales order requests.

You will have an outgoing and customer focussed approach to work, you will consult with customers from across the region via phone and email.  You will answer customer questions, take orders, provide information relating to delivery times, missing/late orders and you will escalate customer complaints if they arise.

You will liaise with operational staff to understand delays, gather information on stock queries and you will chase up information to ensure you keep the customer in the loop at all times.  You will maintain accurate customer data and ensure orders are completed accurately before arranging for invoices to be raised. You will be a collaborator, eager to support colleagues from across the business whilst continuing to provide an outstanding service to all customers, colleagues and partners.
