JAM Staffing Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager on a part time basis for our client based in Willenhall. The role commands a salary of 30 KPA pro-rata and the working days will be 3 days per week, 20 hours between the hours 07.30 and 4pm, however this can be flexible to suit individual needs of the right candidate. As a small company, some flexibility will be required around the job spec below in order to meet the needs of the business. This business maybe small but has big ambitions so are looking for someone to grow with them. This role will involve some operational support and comfort with deputising for management will be required. Previous experience in similar role is key.

 

Purpose:
● To manage and facilitate the sales and marketing activities for the business.
● To act as a “face of the business” in terms of the customer accounts.
● To create and execute a sales and marketing strategy for the business.
● To develop and implement a brand strategy and accompanying marketing calendar.
● To nourish current customer accounts whilst also developing new business.
● To provide customer support as and when required.
● To build a sales pipeline in order to ensure a constant (but increasing) level of business.
● To collect voice of the customer data so that iterations to internal processes can be made in order to address market feedback

Key Outputs:
● Creation and execution of a sales and marketing plan for the business which should include but not be limited to: digital marketing, tradeshows, social media, a supportive marketing calendar which assists the sales levels of the business.
● Liaise with customers as required throughout the sales cycle (enquiry through to order delivery).
● Management of customer relationships.
● Development of new business.
● Management of any marketing activities.
● Assisting with sales administration as required (sales order processing, despatch, sales invoicing).
● Following up quotations which have not progressed to a customer order in order togain market feedback.
● Increase brand awareness in both existing and new markets.
● Evolve and grow the customer base.
● Ensure that target sales are agreed by the Directors and deliverable by the business.
● Organising logistics and transport with the customer base as necessary.
● Setting up and managing the E-comm activities on Amazon and Ebay.
● Coordinating customer order fulfilment process.
● Managing office functions such as the CRM system, and administrative tasks.
● Coordination of the Sales & Office Coordinator alongside the Accounts Manager in addition to the production team where necessary
