Our Hull branch is friendly and supportive, has already developed a fantastic reputation within the area and is looking to hire a highly organised and motivated Account Manager.

We provide schools across Hull and East Riding with the very best teachers and support staff. As an Account Manager you are an integral part of the team, providing support to the experienced consultants and resourcers.

The key responsibilities of an Account Manager include:

• Account management of new and existing clients whilst building relationships by establishing trust and rapport
• Documenting clients' details and availability requirements accurately with all required information
• Clarifying and negotiating rates, place of work, responsibilities and all other information relating to the role/booking
• Filling client bookings - identifying and approaching suitable candidates, ensuring that they are the correct person for the job specification and client
• Monitoring candidates once placed
• Ensuring candidate sick days and holidays are replaced in a timely manner

The right candidate will:

• Work well under pressure
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be confident and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organised
