What is your role as a Trainee Account Manager?

• You will be the Talent Partner for some of the biggest and best household names in manufacturing/engineering
• Working with your Business Development Manager, you will attend client briefings to understand your client’s recruitment needs
• Using the best job boards and linked tools you will advertise and source the top 5% of talent available in the market
• Liaising with your clients and candidates you will organise and give interview feedback and agree forward actions
• Developing and strengthening both client and candidate relationships will be a fundamental part of your Trainee Account Manager role
