Document Controller/ Technical Author: (Hybrid/Remote Working)

A ground-breaking Marine Powertrain company are looking for a Document Controller/ Technical Author to join their forward thinking Systems Team.

Supported by £90m of private investment, this company have spent the past 15+ years developing revolutionary new products disrupting the global market with their innovative new concept.

The company have exponentially grown from a start-up in 2005 to a fully functioning OEM consisting of around 180 permanent employees. Whilst continuing to take the market by storm they have managed to retain their family feel and autonomous working environment.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a manufacturing background and have experience with Technical Documentation and/or compiling System and Product specifications.

As the sole Document controller, you will be the primary contact for all departments of the   business for the upkeep of key Product technical requirements and documentation.

You will ensure product and systems technical requirements and documentation are populated, released and reviewed in accordance to programme timing requirements. In addition to making sure company products meet the defined requirements in line with customer expectation.

The role is also customer facing, so good interpersonal skills are desired.
