Location – Kent

Job Title – Technical Manger (Factory Facing)

Salary: £55k

The Role

• Ensure systems are in place to deliver safe and consistently in spec products
• Manage and update our policies and procedures
• Drive the BRC and customer codes of practice
• HACCP team leader
• Monitoring and controlling product conformance

The Candidate

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and quality management systems
• Attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise
• Able to coach, inform, influence and develop people in all areas of the business
• Level 3 food safety and HACCP – minimum
• Experience in a food safety discipline or equivalent experience
