We are looking for a keen, bright customer service representative to join a friendly team in Swindon. Whilst this role is an immediate start on a temporary basis you will be permanent before you know it!
£22 - £24,000 PA
36.25 hour week Monday to Friday
Free parking
25 days hols from days one + 8 bank hols

If you have customer service experience it will be a huge benefit but consideration will be given to those with minimum or no exposure to office-based customer service. The skills will be trained but an upbeat customer service manner is personality!
You will communicate successfully with Customers (both internal and external) via the appropriate media, being telephone, email, or fax.
Learn and understand the importance of customer products and services and apply empathy to situations/discussions with the Customers to recognize the potential impact of their actions on people’s health and wellbeing.
Have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Email.
Be able to engage with and interact in a diverse team based in an open-plan office environment.
