Our client, a well-respected manufacturer in their sector is looking for a Seam Welder to join their team.  With decades of experience in their design & product, our client is a leader in their field, supplying specific, high-quality materials and components to their customers’ needs globally.

The Seam Welder will be responsible for manufacturing and welding various assemblies using recognized trade skills under the supervision of the team leader.

Core responsibilities of a Seam Welder will include: -

• Work to drawing and route card requirements.
• Obtain and maintain Operator verification approval stamps.
• Assist in introducing new methods and techniques where possible.
• Bring forward ideas to improve and reduce costings in production.
• Familiar with Health and Safety & Fire policies.

Required skillset of Seam Welder: -

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to reach targets and assist others in achieving their goals.
• Able to follow company procedures.
• Good understanding  from verbal and written instructions.
• Able to read measuring equipment.
• Can do attitude and willingness to learn.
