James Adams has partnered with a multi-award-winning drinks and technology group with technology at their heart, Our customer is currently looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their UK based technology team and continue their mission to disrupt the drinks industry.

Our client is fully flexible with their employees working requirements. They have a central hub that they welcome people to work from, if you'd like to, but are also comfortable with fully remote workers, or those that would like a hybrid approach. The choice is yours.
  
The Lead Software Developer will work very closely with the head of engineering and senior members of the business running a cross-functional agile dev team. Your team will be made up of experienced engineers across Software Development, QA, and Data Engineering.
  
You'll have the opportunity to build and grow a team of talented developers whilst keeping close to the tech, you’ll also be able to influence the business and contribute to the future of the development function.
  
Our customer uses server-side C# & .NET 6, Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC & Winforms would be great.
