Junior IT Infrastructure needed for this global banking organisation. Joining an established team the role is providing IT support across the banks IT environment as well as working to improve reliability, availability, security and performance across their IT environment

Responsibilities are broad and will include managing their desktop environment, installing software and hardware on their network, administering security controls and assisting in the development and maintenance of up to date procedures.

The right person will be a mandarin speaker and technically will have a good mix of:

• Operational experience in maintaining desktop, laptop, and office software.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP and networking management, and the ability to configure Cisco Switch, Router, firewall, wireless device.
• Experience in management of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, OCS Server, SharePoint Server, and VMware software.
• Development and data mining capabilities of small databases, familiar with the development and application of mainstream database products such as MYSQL or SQL2000.
• Experience in the finance sector a plus.
