My client requires 2 x 2nd Line Support Engineers to join their user support team, providing 2nd line support to business users across two sites. The 2nd Line Support candidates will have a minimum of 3 years IT support experience with 18 months in 2nd Line support, both desk-side and remote support. They will Receive, log and manage calls via telephone, email and the ITSM Tool, taking ownership of tickets, providing status updates to the user and communicating progress in a timely manner.

The IT support person will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to diagnose 2nd line technical faults and try to resolve, or escalate, collaborating with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
