Job Description:

1st line service desk support / technical support analyst (afternoon & evening work) required by this hugely successful global systems provider.

 

The Role:

>  Remote support to commercial clients

>  1st line - IT hardware / systems and software applications support (not triaging; this is actual technical support)

 

The Person:

Candidates need to be: 

>  Engaging and have excellent client handling abilities

>  Have good general IT skills, ideally gained through similar IT helpdesk support experience

    (Otherwise proven customer service skills with a demonstrable ability to provide IT support).

>  The ability to work the below hours from home

    (And be able to commute to Stevenage for the occasionally training day).

 

The hours:

Monday to Friday only, working to a shift system around the hours of:  circa 1pm lunchtime to 1am in the morning, with a slight leaning to the earlier shifts, usually finishing late evening.

 

The location:

The role can be performed 100% remotely or, if in commuting range of Stevenage, in a hybrid fashion.
