Customer Care Advisor - Thorne. Doncaster
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Customer Care Advisor to join our growing Contracts Operations team.
THE ROLE involves building key relationships with Customer Care departments within our customer base including volume builders, regional housebuilders and special project partners and managing all aspects of occupied plot guarantee claims received into the Contracts department from receipt through to resolution.
APPLICANTS for the role will possess good people skills and have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. You will possess excellent customer service skills and have a proven track record in complaint handling. A Customer Service qualification would be advantageous. Candidates must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook as well as having the ability to understand and interpret instructions. You will also be required to work accurately, on your own initiative and to tight deadlines. Working knowledge of SAP is also desirable.
ON OFFER is a competitive salary (£18,360 per annum increasing to £20,400 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance) plus an excellent benefits package, including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, PHI cover and staff discounts.
