Job Description:

Receptionist / Administrator
£9.90 per hour
Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator who will provide efficient reception and administration service to colleagues, clients, visitors and guests of a busy company based in the city centre of Manchester.

You will be the first point of contact for all internal and external visitors.  You will provide daily reception and administration duties, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.   You will maintain accurate records of all visitors, building and cleaning issues which are reported to reception.

You will handle room bookings and liaise with the Facilities and Cleaning teams to ensure all rooms are set up correctly, you will manage the security badge creation and when necessary and you will arrange for deliveries and receive goods prior to contacting the recipient to collect these.
