A highly respected letting agent with a fab reputation are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy branch in Birmingham City Centre. This agent are at the top of their game and are considered one of Birmingham's best estate agents when it comes to residential lettings. 

The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be from a Lettings background, be enthusiastic and reliable. You need to be presentable, good at communicating with the general public, have a willingness to learn and able to use your own initiative. You need to have a good understanding of Worcester and the surrounding area.

The Lettings Negotiator will be able to work in an office environment and be able to use Microsoft Office packages. 

This role will include all aspects of Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, and applicant management.

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed 

• Previous lettings experience is desirable, though trainees will be considered
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills 
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy 
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented 
• You will be target driven and ambitious 
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
