An engineering business with a 100 year legacy, yet are propelling forward with innovative technology which is making them one of the top suppliers in the Electrical Engineering sector, is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager  to join them on their site in Sheffield, full time. As a result of expansion, the MD is now seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager  who will tackle a number of phases of the business. Initially you will manage Projects and Production which is a team size of approx. 25, whilst their processes and procedures are in line with the businesses vision - you will come in to drive this forward. As you will have experience as well as qualifications within LEAN and Six Sigma, this will come as second nature to you. 

The next phase will be to take on the challenge of QHSE and Procurement with full, proactive support from the Senior Leadership team. Taking on these next phases will see you move from Senior Electrical Engineering Manager  to Ops Director within 12-18 months.

All you need to be able to demonstrate on your CV is the following: 

  • - Electrical Engineering experience (in management)
  • - Lean / Six Sigma qualification and hands on experience of using in current role 
  • - 2-3 Years experience of relevant Management experience.
