Full Stack Developer - Hybrid working (2days in office/ 3days working from home) - Office located to the South of Birmingham near to Redditch. 

Are you a full-stack senior developer who enjoys creating robust and scalable web applications? We need a passionate and talented developer with the technical ability to maintain and develop  innovative SaaS platform features using Laravel and React.

You will build pioneering solutions to enable landlords to manage their rental property portfolios online. We serve thousands of landlords and tenants and handle millions in rent and deposits every month. Your main responsibility will be designing and implementing applications written in PHP using Laravel and React, working closely with design and development to build and improve components for the landlord and tenant dashboards.

The successful candidate is expected to be a strong communicator who is capable of taking a lead technical position for the continuous growth and development of this companies platform and service, ideally with some experience of managing junior developers. You will have the opportunity to implement creative ideas as this company have a collective approach to considering peoples ideas on how the platform and service can evolve going forward. 

Your skills and experience:

> Commercial development experience using Laravel and React

> Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and Git

> Experience building and integrating with APIs

> Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions

> Knowledge of web design and development, responsive web frameworks and mobile development

> Understanding of automated testing, agile development, optimising performance in PHP applications, branching methodologies and deployment processes

> User of Jira or equivalent

The expected salary for this position is £45-55k dependant on experience, benefits include company wide bonus, company share scheme, hybrid working, company pension, incentive schemes and more.
