Call Centre Team Leader
Up to £25,000 + Shift Allowance
Glasgow
James Adams is seeking a Call Centre Team Leader to join IT Services organisation based in Manchester. They are looking for someone to come and lead there established team.
In return for your services, you’ll have the chance to lead an award winning team and gain experience in the IT sector.
The role itself will be fast paced, challenging, and a fantastic opportunity to start or progress your career.
Experience
- Team Leader experience is a must
- Customer service experience
- Previous IT experience is beneficial
What you’ll be doing
- Resolving incidents and queries for stakeholders
- Regular updates to Operations Manager
- Monitor systems and deal with incident tickets
Shift
- 4 days on 4 days off
- 12 hour shifts (Days and Nights)
