Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Training Advisors who will work closely with employers across Greater Manchester to connect them to funded, part-funded and commercial training for their employees.

You will be proactive, able to engage with employers across all sectors and you will come from a training, sales or team management background and be passionate about developing people, their skills and their future opportunities.

You will proactively make outbound calls to pre-qualified business leads, you will complete Teams and face to face meetings to ensure a full business diagnostic is completed prior to inputting the data in to a skills map to identify the best training opportunities that matches the training needs of the employees.
