Job Title: Content/Curriculum Lead (Apprenticeships)

Duties:

• Our client is looking to appoint a curriculum and content specialist, who will design and develop curriculum across Learning, Consulting and Apprenticeships.
• Identify and recommend learning propositions / creation of business cases.
• Liaise with employers to create engaging, bespoke programmes to meet their requirements.
• Work with delivery team to ensure curriculum follows intended direction.  
• Source and select high quality content developers.
• Create, develop and support with the execution of effective and innovative learning resources.
• Using up to date content and digital and blended learning to enhance learner experience.

Essential Criteria:

• Candidates must have experience of designing and developing blended learning solutions.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders.
