A fantastic opportunity for a Spa and Wellness Manager to join this stunning resort and team. Set within 40,000sqft, the Garden Club Grand Cayman celebrates wellness as a social activity.

In a labyrinth garden setting, the spa is a botanical stage for an indoor/ outdoor athletic club (Palm Heights Athletics), treatment areas, hammam, sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunge pool and more, which will host a program focusing on active wellness and regenerative wellbeing for the mind, body and skin inspired by the influences and produces of The Caribbean.

Palm Heights is now looking for a Spa and Wellness Manager to oversee the spa, integrating and creating new and innovative wellness programs and treatments to provide a world-class wellness experience.

Main duties:

• Oversee pre-opening and then daily management of the Garden Club
• Lead a large team to provide a world-class spa experience
• Recruit and train spa therapists to a high standard
• Develop and integrate innovative wellness concepts, therapies, and products
• Work with the team to assist in building a membership base from zero

Skills and experience required:

• Experience managing large and/or unique spa concept
• Strong customer service experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the health and wellness industry
• Targeted sales driven
• Strong leadership skills
• Word processing and Microsoft Suite skills
• Friendly and personable

Excellent Package on offer:

• Salary details: $75,000 KYD (Based on experience)
• Days and hours: Full-time
• We provide accommodation for the first week on the island, after this time you can find and move into your own accommodation.
