Hybrid working (1-2 days in office per week). 

Applications Support Engineer – the opportunity:

-  Focuses on 2nd/3rd line applications support - SQL, .Net Stack (ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript) - being the bridge between 1st line support and the Development team in an Agile/Scrum environment

-  Covers both Internal business and External client support

-  You’ll be spearheading work on new tools, workflows, process improvements, integrations, and helping improve UX

-  Web application implementation and roll-out support projects

Applications Support Engineer – you:

In addition to the above working and technology experience the client really needs a highly motivated person, with an entrepreneurial / self-starter spirit.  There will be a lot of help and support for you but it need someone who can quickly ‘own’ this area and really develop it going forward.  There’s a lot of interesting scope as the company grows!

Due to the nature of the work it will require excellent written & verbal communication skills.
