£24k basic plus £3600 bonus

Internal Sales Executive

Location: Manchester – East Manchester (close to the Etihad)


The Inside Sales Executive’s account manages and upsells the company products and services into the exciting client in the education sector.

Working closely with the wider team you will be expected to maintain and grow the key strategic customer accounts, building long term relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Growth of sales, opportunities, and relationships within our strategic customer accounts
  • Deliver accurate competitive quotes and tenders
  • Process orders accurately and concisely
  • Maintain a high quality of work for our customers
  • Manage the customers’ delivery expectations confidently and efficiently
  • Successfully grow supplier relationships to help support your customer activities
  • Develop, learn and grow as an individual and as a successful TTI employee

What you bring to us:

  • Several years of work experience as Inside Sales or Customer Service
  • Experience in winning new customers and building strong relationships
  • Great MS-Office skills


This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing, enthusiastic person. You are a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. You can work under pressure and deal with people at all levels. You can work with initiative and a keen perception.
