Pearson Carter are working with an established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Sheffield. Due to company expansion, they are looking for a Support Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Customer Support
• Deliver 1st Line support
• Communicate with customers to determine the problem and find a solution.

Experience:

• 1st & 2nd line support experience.
• Strong Customer Service/communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems Server 2003 or later.

Salary & Benefits:
