James Adams is excited to be working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business in the digital supply & logistics Space. Our client are an international business and is looking to hire a Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager with a strong B2B SaaS Background to lead their newly formed Product Org and report into their current CTO.

The Lead Product Manager will be the first product focused hire and help shape the business's product vision as they continue to grow and scale.

In the role of Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategic direction for the development and growth of the brand, including the budget, team management/growth, and milestones. You’ll have an opportunity to work with a diverse team of skilled and motivated engineers, creatives, and product specialists to help shape and deliver this product to the market.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager / Senior Product with the following experience:

• Improving the consumer online journey.
• Work closely with the CTO
• Develop an understanding of the customer needs
• Work closely with the Data team to make data-driven decisions.
• Direct the product roadmap / Build Product Team
• Work with key stakeholders
• Lead milestone and performance reviews
• Work with several business functions.

Our customer is offering a competitive basic salary of £80,000 - £95,000 and excellent benefits including a performance bonus and shares. This role is currently a hybrid position working part time in our client's prestigious Paris office. If you'd like to know more get in touch.
