About the Company 

A leading law firm with excellent culture and opportunities for progression are looking to hire a HR Assistant on a permanent basis to focus on supporting the payroll and benefits functions.  

About the Role 

Working as part of the wider HR team, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for a variety of HR inquiries and have significant client interaction. This includes:  

  • Act as a first point of contact 
  • Respond to general inquiries and assist with systems training 
  • Assist payroll team and manage administration of monthly benefits cycle 
  • Assist with benefits renewal process 
  • Maintaining the HR database and reporting 
  • Support with a variety of projects 

Job Requirements 

You will have previous experience in an HR administrative role, and a strong understanding of people systems.  You will be highly organised and have strong Excel skills.
