What you will be doing (primary tasks):
- Monitoring helpdesk system for inbound issues and ensure all issues are logged and documented
- Overseeing effective problem resolution
- Providing thoughtful end user computing support for diverse business units
- Collaborating with other IT team members and groups on projects and operations
- Helping deploy and support new technologies to address business needs
- Learning more about Azure cloud and media specific tech
- Previous experience in a level one/two IT support role
- The ability to administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Office
- Great understanding of Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft O365 Admin, including user account administration
- Remote access and VPN Configuration and Administration
- Enterprise experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
- Knowledge of Azure cloud
- Enterprise Level AV Administration and Support
- Set up and support mobile devices and desktop telecommunications
- Strong work ethic, great communication skills
