With over 120 permanent employees with a strong connection to the automotive industry, they are looking for a Analysis Engineer to join their forward thinking team.  You will be joining some of the most experienced engineers from premium automotive backgrounds to continue building this dream into a reality! 

The company have exponentially grown from a start-up in 2005 to a fully functioning OEM consisting of around 180 permanent employees. Whilst continuing to take the market by storm they have managed to retain their family feel and autonomous working environment.

Job Function of the Analysis Engineer:

  • Planning some of the following day-to-day analysis team activities: CFD, FEA, 1D simulationData Science, HiL/XiL simulation and first principles calculations
  • Act as the project lead on nominated projects/tasks, liaising with key stakeholders, completing requirements capture, project management, carrying out supervision and any required training as appropriate.
  • Analyse the various forms of data relating to Cox products to provide insight into their operation and provide suggestions on how to improve the design/manufacture/after-sales support as appropriate.
  • Work alongside designers, systems engineers, after-sales engineers and more to produce project deliverables.
  • Where required, develop and document new techniques for analysing data.

Requirements for the successful Analysis Engineer:

  • Master’s degree or higher in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Basic understanding of the function of an internal combustion engine and how the components of engine combine to deliver that function.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an analytical capacity in an engineering environment.
