Major Works Project Manager needed in Oxford £375 per day PAYE - Reference: 9872 

This role will involve: 

• Take a lead role in the delivery of the Corporate and service plans using appropriate organisational tools, policies and procedures in the delivery of capital projects.
• Project Management – Lead responsibility for the preparation and issuing/delivery of project papers, presentations, reports and updates including managing risks and opportunities.
• Project budgeting: ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder management - delivering expert challenge and engagement in support of delivering a collaborative partnership approach for internal and external stakeholders.
• To lead on CDM requirements at project level to ensure compliance.
• Deliver quality and compliance control in support of project delivery.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
