Complaints Officer needed in Macclesfield paying £13.18 per hr - Reference: 5213800

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

  • To support the response to corporate and social care complaints, compliments and comments, in accordance with corporate and social care representation policies, and to provide an excellent customer service.
  • To directly respond to and liaise with customers by telephone, e-mail and letter, and to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, by encouraging services to provide full and timely responses to customer complaints.
  • To escalate instances where services are failing to meet the highest standards and to provide information to the Performance Management team to demonstrate individual service performance, both about the types of complaint received and their response to it.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
