We are recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for managing a small team of telesales advisors selling a variety of products to the general public.

You will have previous experience managing telesales executives as you will mentor and develop the team to ensure that all sales leads are converted on the first call.  You be required to manage the retail store, ensuring that this is well stocked and display ready for any footfall customers, however most sales are handled over the telephone.

You will ensure quality and that customer service is at the forefront of all sales, the majority of which come via inbound calls/web enquiries.  You will have experience in recruiting, managing, and developing telesales advisors and you will manage the day to day running of the office and all sales campaigns/performance.
