On offer for this  BOM Coordinator role is a competitive salary of up to £37,000 as well as an excellent benefits package including but not limited to 28 days holiday plus B/H, half days Fridays, flexible working and a 10% bonus.

I am seeking an experienced BOM Coordinator to maintaining and utlising the ERP systems to ensure BOMS and data input are efftively managed in order to support the material supply from purchasing requirements through stores, into production and shipping into final customer. 

Day to day duties for the BOM Coordinator 

• Responsible for data input into the ERP system (part numbers, maintaining item card, work centres, bins, routing etc.) and liaising with other departments in order to ensure the data input is correct
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials in ERP system (Microsoft Navision) by liaising with other departments to ensure, that Bills of Materials are correct and completed within in a timely agreed manner
• Support all aspects of production orders/movement of the materials including maintaining the master plans and ERP system (Microsoft Navision)

Experience and skills needed to be the appointed BOM Coordinator  will be:

• Previous proven experience within a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing enviroment
• Understanding of BOMs and the ability to issue and modify them
• Understanding of MRP systems
• Previous experience in a manufacturing and supply chain environment
