POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Resource Manager will connect and forge multiple channel relationships to meet the 550-person hiring need.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Confer with management/community talent channels to identify human capital needs, workforce planning strategies, and work assignments. Understand operational goals of internal client organizations.
- Tailor specific strategies that meet the 550-person target from veterans (35%) disadvantaged backgrounds (30%) formerly incarcerated (10%)
- Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, retention strategies which meet project mission and culture target.
- Prepare complete and detailed client engagement agreements and position profiles, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with respective business unit leaders to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility
- Leverage best in class talent attraction resources and ElevationHR tech-stack to identify, attract, and recruit top tier diverse talent. Identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates.
- Produce weekly reports and analysis on recruiting status to leadership and clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in community development with diverse target groups.
- Experience in Event Planning
- Knowledge of Community Action Program, Workforce Solutions, Gary Job Corp, Austin Community College, Vista College, Texas Workforce Commission, Texas State University, Greater San Marcos Economic Partnership
- Knowledgeable in creating diverse candidate pipelines
- Excellent project management, writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills are required
