SITE SERVICES SUPERVISOR  

Salary: £30,949.43 per annum

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 39 Hours Per Week

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1UD

 

This role and contract sit within our Facilities Management sector of G4S where we aim to improve the lives of people across the UK and Ireland by creating productive, safe and smooth working environments.

We have an opportunity for a Site Services Supervisor to join our team based in Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1UD

This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday between 8am and 5pm and Fridays between 8am and 4pm.

As Site Services Supervisor, you will coordinate the client & visitor PPE, mail, G4S FM Uniform & PPE and lost property requirements for the HPC site.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To supervise a small team of Site Services Operatives.

  • To carry out a range of duties to deliver the service of mail requirements for the client.

  • Ensure that all incoming mail parcels and special deliveries are sorted upon delivery to the main site and delivered to designated locations.

  • To ensure courier services are available upon request as appropriate.

  • To oversee the management of client & visitor PPE stock and maintain accurate records of stock levels and PPE issue records.

  • To order upon request stationery for the HPC client.

  • To oversee the lost property service on behalf of the project, securing items handed in and the issuing of items to their owners when presented.

  • To oversee the key cutting service provided by G4S FM to the project.

  • To coordinate the PPE laundry service.

  • Building relationships with the client by providing them with a high level service.

  • Follow instructions from your Manager and Site Managers, ensuring the correct company policy and procedures are upheld at all times.

  • Use of a computer to record and keep information up to data.

  • To actively suggest new methods of working which will enhance the level of service delivered to our customer.

  • To attend training as and when required.

  • To ensure that you maintain a smart, presentable and professional image at all times.

  • To ensure that you are adhering to the contracts uniform policy, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to carry out the various duties.
