Are you looking for your next role in Sales? Do you enjoy visiting clients and building relationships? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Due to the continued growth of the company, there is a requirement to expand the Sales team by hiring a Regional Sales Manager, which is a brand-new role. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales and orders growth for their region, in line with set objectives. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will be required to develop channel sales strategies, key account plans, and relationships to deliver on assigned growth tactics for the region.

What we would like from the Regional Sales Manager:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant sales experience
  • Ideally 7+ years of industrial product outside sales experience or distributor management within the food and beverage or other sanitary markets
  • Experience selling, specifying, or servicing pumps, with progressive cavity pump experience preferred
