We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Support person for a fast growing and successful company based in Ramsgate.
This role is key to the business and you will be providing support to the management team, completing sales activities and be the first point of contact for all customers.
Role Duties include:
* Supporting with the day to day office duties, providing excellent customer service to clients, answering questions/queries and following up on orders;
* Follow the sales process from start to finish, taking orders, payments and processing invoices;
* Quickly learn the product knowledge and promotions to pro-actively sell products, up-selling where possible;
* Keep the company system and database up-to-date and completing general administration;
* Assist with other duties when required.
This is a varied role and would be suitable for someone who is happy to adapt, use their initiative and work in a fast paced environment.
Good organisational skills and time management are key to this function. You must have customer service experience and excellent telephone manner, coming from an office environment. Exposure to accounts or cash handling is a must.
You must also be over 18 due to sales of alcohol.
