Are you an experienced Project or Account Manager who has worked in the print, direct mail or marketing services sectors?

This established business has been providing a full direct mail service from inhouse production, creative design, data auditing/cleansing, fulfilment and returns management for more than 20 years.

Due to growth, the business is looking to recruit Project Managers to manage customer enquiries from start to finish.  You will be tasked with getting to know your clients inside out and providing the highest levels of customer service to drive forward the business relationship.

This is an office-based job opportunity working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Acquire knowledge about key stakeholders and their requirements and use this information to strengthen business relationships
• Ensure the client is given a consistently high level of customer service
• You must be able to offer solutions by working through problems
• Ensuring all work is delivered on time to a high standard and to the correct specification
• Be a confident and comfortable communicator who can push back on clients requests if needed
• You will be highly motivated and organised with the ability to be calm under pressure

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent project/account management skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
