About You:

  • You already have some sales experience which could have been gained in a variety of ways from recruitment, retail, estate agency, insurance, car sales, personal training, or any B2B or B2C environments.
  • You are a natural and easy communicator, confident in your ability to build rapport and relationships with others.
  • You are aiming high in life and are looking for a sales career that will reward you financially - matching your hard work and effort

  • You are a driver and have your own car – you want a sales position that is a mixture of both office-based and client-facing.

Your new role:

  • This is a phone-based role, but once up and running you will be arranging multiple weekly client meetings - building relationships face to face.
  • Lead gathering will be a fundamental part of your sales activity – hitting weekly kpi targets will help to ensure your success.
  • Taking a full job brief from your client, understanding what questions you need to ask and why, as well as ensuring full compliance with any new accounts will be an important part of your role
  • To understand the recruitment process and what “good” looks like, we will teach you how to qualify candidates against live roles, preparing them for interviews and debriefing them after – following through to successful placement in a new position.
  • Once fully in your Trainee Business Development Manager role, you will sometimes be working with our resourcing team, engaging them with the job opportunities that need to be filled as well as filling roles yourself when needed.

 

Your Induction & Training journey:

  • You will have a 6-month induction structured from day one - You will have clearly defined and achievable metrics to hit.
  • Your learning will be a mixture of on-the-job and classroom based.
  • We have an online training platform that you access at a time that suits your diary.
  • You will have a dedicated Learning and Development Manager on hand every day.
  • You will have an exceptionally experienced Business Development Manager to mentor you.
  • Weekly 1:1’s to catch up with your line manager and review your progress.
