Are you an experienced Account Manager within the large format graphics sector?

For over 40 years this self-contained, technology led print business has been offering branding, printing (as well as finishing), digital and display marketing communications to its diverse client base.

Employing 50 staff, the business is now looking to recruit an accomplished Account Manager who understands the processes of large format printed graphics.

As an Account Manager, you will be working on one primary account within the sports and leisure industry that has multiple sites across the UK. Reporting into the Account Director you will be working closely in fulfilling the client service requirements. You will be given autonomy to manage these relationships and continue to grow these relationships.

This is an office based role, however, there will be times when you be out on the road conducting site surveys and meeting clients as well as managing individual projects internally between the creative studio and production teams.

The ideal person will be confident with a personable nature, committed, thrive in a fast paced environment and be an excellent communicator.

You must have a minimum of two years experience in large format with good Excel skills (formulate spreadsheets).

Key responsibilities/requirements:

• Manage all aspects of a customer relationship to retain and develop its business
• Provide quotations and process orders efficiently and accurately on the MIS
• Deal with any customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately
• Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face, keeping the customer informed about their work in progress, planned deliveries and potential delays that may affect deadlines
• Manage and book installation crews’ diary
• Good understanding of the different materials and substrates
• Enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships within the business
• Able to meet strict deadlines
