Job Description:
An exceptional opportunity for a well spoken, well presented and diligent Property Manager to join a growing multi branch operation within their office in Redditch. My client is a leading Estate Agency name with one of the largest property management portfolios in the area.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, issuing section notices, compliance and adhering to legislation, processing renewals, inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.
Property Manager – Experience Needed
Essential:
- Previous property management experience essential
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
