Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor 

Location: Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel across Wiltshire and surrounding areas)

 

Salary: £24,500 - £32,000 + fantastic earning potential of up to £6k bonus on top of salary - providing OTE of up to £38,000 (depending on salary secured)

• Levels 2/3: £24,500 - £29,900
• Level 5: £26,000 - £32,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties include:

• Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship Standards in Health and Social Care Levels 2/3 (Level 5 if competent to do so). 
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
• Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

 Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor qualification: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeship standards in Health and Social Care.
• Must have occupational competency within Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Senior Carer level or above.
• Must be comfortable with online 1-1 and group based training delivery.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
