We are currently working with a large multi-academy trust in Croydon who are looking for a Primary Teacher to join one of their schools from January 2023.

Role

The school are looking for an energetic teacher who has a passion for supporting all children to become thoughtful and adaptable young people. The ideal candidate will have prior KS2 teaching experience.

The vacancy is in a Year 6 class where behaviour and attitude to learning is good. Being part of a larger Academy Trust, planning is done collaboratively with your year team from all schools within the trust. You will have access to a central bank of teaching resources and excellent support from senior leaders in the school and across the Trust.

You will benefit from a range of training and professional development. There are also great long-term career prospects within the Trust.

The Multi-Academy Trust

This is a multi-academy trust for teachers who believe in the value of a fully rounded education. Pupils have access to experiences, arts, sporting activities and life experiences alongside good quality, academic learning.

Whilst the 5 schools operate independently on a day-to-day basis, they work closely together to make sure all pupils have a consistent learning experience. As they are based within a 10-minute drive of each other, year groups across the trust to support each other and not re-invent the wheel for planning and assessment. There is a sensible approach to work/life balance for staff and support from leadership teams in the schools is excellent. Consequently, the overall feel of the schools across the trust is positive and harmonious.

Led by a dynamic and experience team, this multi-academy trust has grown significantly over the past 10 years across Croydon, South Norwood and Thornton Heath. They have taken on schools requiring improvement who are now operating at a 'good' level. There is no religious or business affiliation with the trust to ensure all school are available to everyone in the local community
