Job Title: Trainer/Assessor - Supply Chain and Logistics 

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across the Midlands

Salary: circa £28,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Improvement Practitioner to L4 and Supply Chain to L3.
• Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
• Observe learners remotely, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

• Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships within Logistics/Supply Chain and Improvement Practitioner.
• Must hold occupational experience of working within Logistics.
• Good level of ICT skills.
• Happy with hybrid working - remote delivery and travel across West and East Midlands
• Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
