Wigston
£19,000 -£20,000
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:30
(WFH predominately but you will be required to WFO a couple of times per month)
 
The Client
 
My client is a global e-commerce business who has gone through phenomenal growth since opening their UK offices 5 years ago.
Due to customer demand, they are now looking to add a full time Customer Service Advisor to their busy service team.
 
This is fantastic opportunity for an experience Customer Service professional to join a forward-thinking thriving business.

The Role
  • Being the first point of contact for customers via email and phone
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Processing order
  • Liaising with various suppliers
  • Chasing up deliveries ensuring customers are aware of expected delivery dates
  • Updating customer accounts accurately
  • Processing returns and refunds
  • Working with internal departments to ensure customers queries are handled efficiently
  • Providing support to colleagues when necessary
  • The opportunity to develop and build a career within the business
 
The Candidate
  • Previous experience working within a service role essential
  • Adequate working from home space with reliable broadband
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passionate about going the extra mile
  • Comfortable handling high volume calls/ emails during busy periods
  • Competent with inputting data into CRM
