The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the successful candidate will be responsible for,

• Overseeing logistics department, consisting of intake, dispatch, and warehouse storage operations
• Liaising with customers to grow the business
• Maintaining and generating KPI’s to monitor service
• Coaching department staff
• Building strong and trusting partnerships with stakeholders
• Working closely with site departments such as Technical, Operations, and Finance.

The Candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes
• Strong experience in logistics management and supply chain management
• Excellent communication – both written and orally, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Leadership and business management skills

The Package:

• Salary up to £55,000
